Day 31. Just heard from an NRCS colleague that employees with less than 5 years on the job will be terminated, likely by the end (or before) the month. With regard to EQIP, If producers havent been impacted yet, they soon will be. There are alot ofemployees in the NRCS that fall into this categoty.

Day 30. Update: I have an attorney consult to appeal my illegal termination to the MSPB next Monday. Filed for unemployment and started my job search. This whole thing is pure evil! Lets hope the Judicial system upholds their duty! Beyond that, we have no other civil path to this tyranny. 🤷‍♂️
