I was so excited to cast my mail-in ballot for Katie and Ravi. They are everything Trenton is not: 📋Policy Focused 🤖Unbossed and Unbought 💪Ready to Make Change www.katiebrennanfornj.com/news/bike-tr...

I’d love to ask IRS what charitable purpose there is in having a declared candidate for office send me a birthday card using 501c3 funds

Making NY/NJ do thru running trains would totally own the libs www.nytimes.com/2025/05/23/n...

What exactly did Elon get for his supplication and self immolation? www.bloomberg.com/news/article...

@3underscores.bsky.social and I are launching @betterblocksnj.bsky.social — a new political advocacy group focused on working with elected leaders and candidates starting in Jersey City to: 🏘️ Build more housing 🚆 Improve mass transit 🚸 Make our streets safer 🌳 Protect our public parks 1/

My dear friend @katiebrennan.bsky.social is hosting a transit and safety meet and greet. Great chance to meet the candidate and get her takes on the issues actblue.com/donate/kb517

This is a great essay on being led by something more than partisan politics. The author here advocates for Catholicism but feel free to substitute your own beliefs www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKqw...

Lula and Xi are defending free trade.

Best job in da world. Disclaimer: photo and post are from before Mother’s Day.

The voice I want to hear on this Qatar jet thing

Starting to think we should have abolished ICE

Informative take on tariffs from a small entrepreneur and their personal experience youtu.be/tbD-sQXAeCg?...

The reduction in curbside dining at the hands of onerous Council rules is well-documented, less reported is those restaurants who have continued have done so only by shrinking their footprint, likely out of concern for installation, de-installation, and storage costs. Walter’s + Olea shown here. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m surprised but also not that the political reason to destroy rule of law isn’t economic or military. It is the fear of the other. We should trade our liberties because we’re afraid of people who are different.

I truly am hoping to open my phone one day and see that this admin is over. I’m terrified to think of the amount of fascist stuff that’s gonna happen before that.

With these posts, they’ve made it essentially inarguable that they’re deliberately defying the Supreme Court.

For me it’s this Instagram post that made me realize we’re unquestionably in a constitutional crisis. Democracy and rule of law is on the line.

Machine politicians care less than zero about policy’s. It’s just another tool to get them from point A to B

Eugenicists are so stupid.

People love to post Margin Call scenes on here. Let’s be real we’re at this phase of this financial crisis.

If Bernie can wear a Dodgers hat in LA we can all find the grace to forgive.

While it seems alarmist Jamelle’s take on RFK just makes the most sense.

It looks like the market either thinks the tariffs won’t be long lived, cannot digest the true cost of this policy, or thinks the policy impact will be minor.

So when do they do PPP for a preventable man made crisis?

AND they haven't even tried to fire jay powell yet

I recklessly bought a big volume of high-end vanilla a while ago and was like, “This is silly, it would take me a long time to use this much high-end vanilla.” Now, I plan to use it to fund my retirement.

There’s so many holes in these arguments but what comes after all this? Do we keep the tariffs up forever?

Lived through these gyrations myself but I don’t know what to make of it

Share pictures from the protests today, and amplify them when others share. The public hates what the GOP is doing to this country--and it's critical for everyone to know that people are fighting back.

I’m trying to think of some dumb obsession Trump could have that’s worse than the tariffs. Probably a war. Hoping I’m wrong.

Hell yeah. Build baby build. youtu.be/LlT_fYyfAK8?...

What I think is being missed from this conversation is that even after Covid most manufacturers know nothing about their supply chain. They’re all just waiting for an email from their vendors say “nope we’re out of that forever”

I bought >$100 of coffee beans today. AMA
