Under 18, this normally happens when it’s medically necessary and affecting quality of life… but you both can do your own research. Otherwise, I dont agree with a cosmetic laboaplasty at such a young age.

I feel you. But to me, life is like a unique painting—there may be brushstrokes you regret, but when you step back, you see the beauty of the entire masterpiece.

Joined the USAF at 17 years old. I have a nerd job and im pretty successful as a civilian but man… if I could do it all over again, I would.
