My herbs and lettuce aren’t doing so well especially after having to disturb them, but I’m gonna have enough squash, peas, and beans to feed a few people of I didn’t just kill them. This is my first time doing this as an adult/on my own and it’s exciting. #gardening #plants #new #veggies #dirt

I may need to frog the edges of the blanket and rework it, my tension is a bit tight compared to the squares and it’s bunching a bit. Blocking might fix it but I might do it just in case. Also I have little lettuce sprouts and my beans are exposed. #crochet #gardening #hobbies #escapism #cozy

As a child I was living in a Dickensian nightmare and I obsessed over Romantic poets, Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge, and had what I thought was an irrational fear of dying of tuberculosis. I have laughed about it often in adulthood but now I’m increasingly concerned it’s still an option.
