Good on Danielle Sassoon. This isn’t the career sacrifice some people see it to be, IMHO. All you have is your credibility. That is everything. Sassoon didn’t broker hers away. I’d wager a lot of people in the legal community now see her as a future hire in academia or in private practice.

I gave it an objective & honest close look, but… it’s plainly evident that the 2 offshore entities Kash Patel has pending $5mm total remuneration were dissolved via a reverse merger into a Cayman shell Ltd. entity. That’s the Dennis Kozlowski (Tyco) two-step. It is a bald effort to dim discovery.

This is precisely what got Trump impeached (but not convicted) the first time: he openly attempted to extort Ukraine by withholding lethal aid which Congress had appropriated. As Congressman Himes noted, it violated a statute. It was & is unlawful.
