I came out as transgender in 2019. Transitioning saved my fucking life. Had I not transitioned, I'd be in a cemetery in Neffs, PA next to my grandparents. I'm going to end up there eventually, but I'd like it to be several decades from now. Gender affirming care is literally life-saving!
