I don't think we should call people "billionaires" when none of that wealth is liquid. If you own a "billion dollar company", you don't personally have a billion dollars, and in most cases could not turn those assets liquid. Being in the 1% is a different kind of power from mere money.

Hot take: Intellectual property is a fiction. No one owns ideas. As a legal construct, it's a solution to the problem of how to manage creative labor within capitalism. We need it as long as capitalism exists but it's not a thing in external reality.

You'll never regret time you spend petting a cat. No one on their death bed is like "I had a good life but damn I wish I hadn't spent so much time petting cats"

Have you ever wondered why in English "and not" is "nor" (which sounds like "not or")? It's because of De Morgan's Laws, a theorem of logic. Not (A and B) = Not A or Not B This is not intentional, but rather because people naturally thought logically about what word to use.

When a disabled person has a job some think they can’t be that disabled because after an easy ride. When a disabled person doesn’t have a job /sone think they are faking for an easy life. Try being disabled

Telling a disabled person who can’t work that they will be punished with if they don’t work… is like saying to an average non-disabled person they will have their pay withheld if they can’t run a 4 minute mile… Utterly meaningless and impossible to achieve.

Things chronically ill/disabled people DON’T owe you: *Their medical info or proof of why they need a mobility aid, disabled parking, or a service animal *Their time/labor educating you *Niceness if you’re being ableist/cruel to them *Gratefulness for your unsolicited advice Hope this helps!
