Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends! And good luck to anyone attending the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade - I went last year and you'll need lots of patience, strong elbows and copious amounts of coffee!

Tonight was my final Level 2 Counselling Skills class. 36 weeks of reflection, growth, and learning so much about myself. Of stepping way outside my comfort zone. About ten minutes into the first class, I told myself I wasn’t good enough for this. I'm glad I was wrong. Now bring on Level 3!
