I love cheesecake but it's absurdly expensive so a few years ago I invented "poverty cheesecake" and it's just cream cheese and strawberry preserves, microwave like 20-30 seconds, stir, add whipped cream, stir again and OMG it's so good. I don't like crust so the lack of one is a bonus.
