I genuinely cannot see what everyone else seems to see in Conclave. I genuinely thought it was thin and ridiculous. I reckon it’s going to be one of those films that wins lots of awards, then rarely rewatched and pretty much forgotten. Like The English Patient or Three Billboards or American Beauty.
