Happy New 2025 Year! Going in with a bang! ha! Music/storms/travel and just sitting relaxing taking in beauty where ever I can.... these are my aspirations for this year! Stay in the light! Cheers! -Photos from one of my past band live performances. (L) and today's SuperNature band performance(R).

A lone frosted Tree, on a stark Winter prairie, bathed in full moon light, with a touch of Aurora. One of my favourite things about Winter! Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and well, onward to 2025! I'm looking forward to everyday and night! Cheers! Thanks for following me here!

Wow! Hello friends and new followers! Nice to see you! I'm still new here. Interested in #storms #tornadoes #Aurora and #stockmarket content. Here's an Aurora Tornado. This is NOT A.I. I guess my brain sees Tornadoes everywhere. This is one of my Favorite shots. Love the shape. Manitoba, Canada

Back to monsoon season '22. This windmill is on the Navajo Nation near the village of Gap. This storm produced a ton of CGs for me. . #photography #storms #lightning #azwx #nightsky #weather #arizona #nikoncreators

Cones!

Let's get #ArtAdventCalendar rolling! It's December 1 somewhere right now. Saskatchewan Supercell 32x40 3/8in 81x102cm Oil on Canvas 2019 Based on a photo by @skstormchaser.bsky.social #Art #Painting

The last 4 or 5 years I've released my annual SKYDRAMA storm chasing flick on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, but not this year. I'm way behind this year, but I am working on it today! Give me 5 to 10 days. Here's 20ish seconds from Lincoln/Waverly, Nebraska on April 26th, 2024.

If this tornado picture were 60 feet wide and 40 feet tall and you stood right in front of it, it still wouldn't take up as much of your vision as it did in real life. You can't sum up a supercell in a picture.

Juston Drake & I only got a glimpse of the relatively large, rain-wrapped, tornadic circulation near Custer City, Oklahoma, on May 19, 2024, but we got really close to another twister near Yukon later that night. #okwx

Wow! Gorgeous shot!

This shot over a small Oklahoma homestead last month involved a close sprite grouping. The almost circular pattern can be seen where sprites trigger in the QE field conditions centered around the parent stroke.

WAY excited and proud to announce the winning photographers for our first-ever 2025 Girls Who Chase Calendar - now on sale! 🥳 This is so much more than a calendar; it's a showcase of the incredible talent embodied by women in storm chasing. Purchase here: tinyurl.com/36xp83j6 🧵/⬇️

Night chasing is a different animal. You never know what you're going to get. You see it in flashes of lightning. I know many people don't like poles/wires in the photo, but I like them for scale and also you get a sense of how low these storms get to the ground. Is #wxsky what we use? #stormhour

According to NWS Portland: “Here is a photo of the #waterspout that prompted the Special Marine Warnings earlier, just off the coast of the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington. 🌪️ Image taken by Ian Reed at the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center near Ilwaco, WA.” #ORwx #WAwx

Amonsoon storm at 10 p.m. and a rising moon.
