Just got word from a former student working in the federal government that he was terminated today. Like thousands of other dedicated employees, his work saved taxpayers millions of dollars and did the good work of government. So much for efficiency.

Today upon reading Schenck v. US one of my students reasoned that people of the 1910s were not as well-reasoned as we are now and that such types of prosecutions wouldn't happen. I told him to read Trump's executive order "defending women from gender ideology extremism."
