Pairing the Gamesir w/iPhone 16 Pro Max is an amazing gaming handheld experience. Tested PS Remote Play and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Indiana Jones and FF7: Rebirth for AAA, and Dangun Feveron and VF5: Ultimate Showdown for arcade. All had great performance.

Earlier this year I saw @blindfaucett play at Turf Club in St. Paul. I was mesmerized by one guy and a guitar, holding the room in his hand. Bought his records and said hi. Not sure why it took me this long to crack the plastic and listen, but it’s perfect music for a day like today.

Two very cool things were released 30 years ago today. I picked up Vitalogy on CD and vinyl the day of release. But my Saturn obsession wouldn’t begin until a couple years later. It has since become one of my favorite consoles ever.

Testing the OpenVibe app, which attempts to combine Threads, Bluesky, and other apps I don’t use. The good news is cross-posting works great. (I’m using it now!) Sadly, the Threads API doesn’t allow the timeline to appear (yet) so my feed is just Bluesky. Very close to one app to rule them all.
