Food #worldbuilding for Amaranthine, Part 1! These are from the northern Western Kingdom. The cold climate means lots of red meat and dairy. Veggies are often dried or pickled, fruits eaten as jam. The only fresh veggies available for much of the year are tubers & mushrooms from the caves.
