Weird but not too surprising decision out of the Northern District of Texas (extra credit if you can name the judge) issuing a preliminary injunction about future enforcement of the HIPAA privacy rule provisions on disclosure of reproductive rights information. No enforcement was in play.

A lot of blame going around for Trump escaping criminal accountability. But let’s be real: John Roberts & conservatives on the Supreme Court own this.
