I believe this statement to be partially true. I agree with the Patriotism part mostly, I don't believe we need to be the best. Being better than we are is imperative. Nationalism to me is the belief that your country is the best when you're allowed to be nasty to those less fortunate than you.

Found out today that Bluesky gives you an ample amount for Alt Text, close to 2k character count. Threads cuts you off at less than 1k for Alt Text. Now if bluesky would at least increase their character count to 500+ on a regular message that would be great. ^ @bsky.app can we please have this? ^
