Fire them all and lot “DOGE” sort it out?

Good morning from my furry feline family, in a rare moment of togetherness.

Such a loving companion. #GonzoKitty

Go read the Constitution you numb skull.

Theme for the day: “Easy Like Sunday Morning” Lounged in bed listening to my fav podcast. Now doing random household tasks. Next: brunch on the couch with video entertainment. (No… not sports today .. or ever!)

No checks and balances. There goes the Constitution. Just unhinged activity. If this country survives this oligarchic revolution, their activities set precedent for future governments.

One wonders, how much of the judicial system is already under thrall to the rabid crimal(s)? And, one wonders what more quiet and LEGAL actions they’re up to while we’re all distracted with the unconstitutional and illegal unilateral actions of the executive branch. www.msn.com/en-us/news/w...

Started rereading “Death and Relaxation” book one in Devon Monk’s Ordinary Magic series. I forgot how much fun these books are. Plus, if you love Oregon it is well represented within the pages and the confines of the fictitious coastal town or Ordinary, Oregon. Highly recommended. #BookSky

I’m being dissed. Where is our dang dinner!

Absolutely! The U.S.A. Should not be so self centered and bullying. We are not the center of the world. Flip us off!

Don’t forget to watch Ground Hog Day!

And how many more of these are headed our way?

I remember. And BRILLIANT

How I picture most of the executive branch leadership:

Heroes!

know you love your pets when you decide to sit somewhere different because …

Just … wow. Perfectly said.

Authoritarian/fascist governments try to distract the masses by blaming problems on “the other” in their midst. AND this historic excerpt is now relevant again.

Puggles!!!!

Walk away for a few minutes and Gonzo remembers that his job us to get white fur on dark clothing. Good job, sir!

Dogs are zen masters. Enjoy the moment!

More of a tea drinker. As for the other, I always keep one handy. ;)

He never tires of this. If I’m on the couch, he’s on my feet… unless he manages to get next to me before Her Highness does. ;)

So devoted.

I won’t bury my head, but I can’t watch straight on. I will have to turn away while glancing over my shoulder for opportunities I can support.

Be prepared.

Indeed. Nothing to be done now, but persevere.

Next best thing to a lap cat.

Aww.. thank you for the grin. Much needed!

Lots of folks agree: Cluster F is the best designation.

When I retire I plan to delete my LinkedIn account, and every account/service (evwn the free ones) that have anything to do with my “professional identity”. I look forward to not giving a crap about most of that stuff any more. Maybe the hackers will throw a party when they are rid of me!

GOPers want to tie CA fire disaster relief to changes in CA government. Sounds like blackmail. No Democrat has ever held up aid to Red states. This is who the People elected. Slimey dicks! www.washingtonpost.com/business/202...

One of the reasons I cancelled my subscription.

Rotfl!

This makes me pretty happy. The Post is not what it used to be. I have subscribed to the free substack to see what her new outlet is like. www.cnn.com/2025/01/13/m...

This is what happens when you swap out dirty blankets for clean blankets… immediately!

Will not be watching the mockery to abiding by the rule of the law. Weasels and/or convicted felons should not be allowed to hold Federal offices.

Dang straight, make the AI companies pay for the infrastructure and the juice, not the consumers of the states where they set up shop. www.oregonlive.com/silicon-fore...

Summarizes my approach to the next four years.

If you know, you know. Not surprising. Just a reminder.
