The interesting thing about Trump’s tariffs and the stock market is that his policies and ideas in many other areas are equally disastrous but the effects are not as immediately obvious as with the market.

People who can't actually solve problems or make things better scapegoat. They take advantage of the fact that people are prejudiced against certain minority groups because those minority groups don't 100% conform to the majority's cultural norms.
