☀️ Week 21rst of running, 7.5kms ☀️ A very bad run. Pain on left knee (old wound), pain in the right foot (random), belly pain (new medication). Managed to get to my average so I'm proud of that. The sun was a must, the wind a killer. Saw cute dogs and a pretty cat.

I also managed to fuse them both. My friends Otter588 and Arouga82 joined me first, then my family too after a few hours. Despite the weather matching Kyurem's attack, we got a lot of energy today. All in all, kind of a blue day for me, but once the good people are around, everything seems better.

A very good raid day spent with friends. We joined a community ambassador event in Waterloo and managed to do a few Hoopa raids with them. I also got to walk around the Lion Memorial for the first time. Forever grateful for friends I made within that game 💛
