My bet: There wont be any peace agreement in Ukraine during 2025. Ukraine will not accept one without security guarantees and Russia will not accept one with security guarantees. Peace will come only after Russia lose either on the battlefield or when their home front cracks wide open.

Today feels like a Feb 2022 deja vu when the story had broken that putin plans to install a puppet in Ukr and most thought that's totally possible. I was going blue in the face explaining Ukr won't accept/tolerate a puppet. Today's rant: Ukr won't accept a bad deal just because Trump wants them to.
