Blk ppl fought the fight everyday on our own against ppl like you assaulting us physically & emotionally everyday. Blks fight for our jobs 2 not be pushed out on the regular w/ no help. I had to flee my states cuz of maga violence & u know Dems helped me or how other races helped me,they didn't.

Trying times, but thankful I can still eat 4.. now 🤞 😬 Boneless Pan-Sear "Condiment" Sirloin Pork Chops. (They were cut all wonky😵‍💫) I marinated them in sugar-free ketchup, MUSTAARRD, soy sauce & hot sauce,(hence the name) w/ spices. Then topped with pan dripping caramelized onions #blackfoodsky
