Area for people and mobility in Ostrava's Poruba district. Regional responses to global change. I represent CHMI (Czech Hydrometeorological Institute).

ruSSia wants to lecture and educate us in Europe. It would be good if they would get their house in order. And it's not just about GHG emissions and climate change. It's not even about GHG emissions at all. It just shows what trouble ruSSia is in. And what a problem ruSSia itself is.
