Lovely work from @jbubis.bsky.social @matzingerm.bsky.social and @kmechtler.bsky.social

I dislike the name of the instrument being in the title, but otherwise this is amazing. Over 5,000 proteins from one (large) A549 cell? At 50 cells/day? Ain't cheap in $$/cell but 2-fold quan appears detectable in the sub nanogram peptide load range?? proteomicsnews.blogspot.com/2025/01/up-t...

How quickly time flies? Incredibly grateful and in awe to be working at one of the best places for science worldwide, the Vienna BioCenter. I am looking forward to new, exciting but also challenging projects. And if anyone wants to write a research proposal, we would be honored to provide support.

It gives me great pleasure to announce our next European Single Cell Proteomics Conference www.apma.at/6thescp/ We would be delighted to receive many abstracts from students so that they have the opportunity to give their first presentation. On behalf of: Erwin, Fabian, Manuel, Fabian and Karl

proteomicsnews.blogspot.com/2024/11/astr... I need some time to digest ben's blog. And would like to contribute my know-how or my opinion with much respect for Ben. EvoSep: the critical point is how the sample is applied to the tips. How long is centrifuged. Does centrifuging dry out the sample.
