Reading through the NTSB's report on the DC crash was very informative. It gives a good overview of the airspace in the area and describes where collision risks could exist. It also still affirms the helicopter was 100ft above its allowed height. What it does not say is why, nor does it give

I haven’t seen any updates from the NTSB on the DC crash since 2/14. Which I think is a good thing. Hopefully we should have the preliminary report at the end of the month with all the facts in it.

The full report for the Delta Crash in Toronto will be interesting. After following the NTSB’s investigation of the DC crash, it’s interesting to see the pieces come together. I think we will see impacts from the 40 mph wind gusts for this incident.
