Had an intense physio session today. Legs are killing me and that's excluding the other pains I have. I'm able to take 2-3 steps without crutches or any support but even though I can I'll still be on crutches for a long time.

Just boarded plane to Germany to get a surgeon cut into my spine. Had wheelchair support for the first ever at the airport and was needed. I'd have died trying to walk that. See you all on the other side.

While packing to fly to Germany for surgery. Found my dads old cellphone. Thought I lost it forever. On it was just one text to me when I first went to the east for therapy. It's the only text he ever sent in his life. "I love you" I never saw him again. He died 3 months later.
