US military fuel vessel collision in UK waters: a cyber attack? Approached by a vessel at 16kn/h, the anchored US vessel would have “seen”/“been seen” by AIS (range ~40knots) for at least two hours prior to collision. Unless there was AIS cyber hacking/jamming. Did US switch off cyber defences?
