Oakley court hotel. You used to be able to pop in and get cream tea / afternoon tea and watch the world go by. You need to be a resident now I think - no more external reservations or walk-ins.

Have a PSA blood test tomorrow after a recent scare. NHS suggest no anal, ejaculation or exercise that leaves me out of breath. Going for a walk along the Thames with some snack. Might tell Thames water to fuck off (many times) as I pass them 👍🏼

I was designated medic tonight for SAR training & we were the finding team to demonstrate to the new recruits on dealing with casualties. About 20 odd people watching me deal with my first casualty. As we walked toward casualty, team leader smiled & whispered “don’t fuck it up” No pressure 🤣🤣
