Honestly, it's an easy solution have a toggle in options. "basic" and "advanced" armor, and advanced armor gets more outlandish designs, and the "muh immersion" crowd can just toggle them off.

I pretty much blew off my arms this morning, sometimes i get out of bed in odd ways like using my arms to push my body up, and i didnt realize how bad covid fucked those muscles, but they instantly exploded and i was howling for like 10 minutes with double arm cramps.. aaaa---
