🇬🇧 British Army (74,000 troops): We have a "recruiting crisis". There are too few volunteers. Young people don't want to join the military. 🇮🇹 Italian Army (94,000 troops): 9,800 volunteers joined and we had to send 59,000 volunteers away, because we hit our annual recruiting goal in March.
