I have #ADHD. And likely my father does too. And he doesn’t believe me. Tonight he tried telling me that he saw a study that removing processed foods would eliminate ADHD symptoms. I had to explain to him that it’s not a diet issue. It’s genetic and he likely has it. It’s so frustrating. #Disability
