I’ve heard from folks working in HUD housing that they’ve lost access to the eLOCCS portal. Folks working for HUD directly have said that they’re not to put anything in writing that might give the impression they’re defying the EO. This is feeling very dystopian.

If I “inadvertently” rendered a Nazi salute, I’d be sick to my stomach. I’d be devastated about the bedtime conversations I forced Jewish parents to have, trying to reassure frightened kids. I wouldn’t laugh it off, and if I could laugh it off, it would mean it wasn’t inadvertent at all.
