#LongCovid #MECFS #POTS people — has anyone successfully got in home care covered by insurance? It’s been a couple of years since I last tried (and was denied). I appreciate any advice/suggestions on how to approach this. Thanks!

Local pharmacies had run out and stopped ordered the “under 18” flu vax in January. The pediatrician had it, but had low supplies so couldn’t promise it would be there when my kids showed up. It’s a problem kids aren’t vaxxed but we’re not making it easy for parents.

Missed this yesterday. Truly our caregivers get short shrift. There’s a lot out there on how to help them be better at caregiving, plus reminders to “take care of yourself” but the practical supports for caregivers are glaringly absent. The only thing I can do to help my caregiver is recover.

Health insurance is going to be the end of me. 🤯🤯🤯 There are only four mri facilities covered in a 50 mile radius. None of them are close. The physicians at the closer places are covered but not the procedure. It’s all stupid.
