Now we know who doesn't read the documentation! 😄 dev.epicgames.com/documentatio...

It might be enough to get your idea and measurements across, they'll hopefully deal with preflight tests and refining :D

Would be pretty cool if you could make PRs for the ones that do not break behavior or need total reimplementation (as you've done with TArray's Remove Size=1 param) 😇

Thanks for the reminder, I actually forgot the looming epic dev portal tax verification, probably due to a mental defense mechanism which wants none of that

Did you not know that nobody should start working on anything new on the last day before a vacation, that's the time to wrap things up, write documentation, manage JIRA statuses and other low-risk tasks 😰

THANK YOU, that works!! 😱 @jetbrains.com please please make it somehow comfortable to use by default without taping a lego brick on the shift key, děkuju

Ari please tell me you have a solution for Rider too, every time I have to touch the debug tooltip my hand is shaking and I move slower than a turtle in wax because I know that if I get 1px outside it the whole thing is gone

he was playing better than the 13yo server admin so he got banned and every time he joins he gets into a level with only other cheaters (= ppl not liked by the admin)

Plus one. I can't open Twitter in any public space because of porn bots (and because it's X), and I can't open Bluesky because I get half naked men and anime boobs even though I follow or interact with 0 similar accounts. Even if the button worked, I don't think it's sensible defaults... 😅

I think it's not that surprising if we consider that there aren't too many great docs with high visibility that'd describe how to optimize for Steam and etc :D

I think you can remember it by the fact that subtitles in movies are sometimes written as [ wind's howling ], and in this case the description is just the subtitle of your image :D

A little bit of suffering for every day, the engine provides a consistent experience :D

I have to confess that I read your post when I was waking up with 2 active brain cells, and thought you were saying MB = mega (1000), mib = mibi (1024), but now re-reading it I can see that's not what you wrote at all 🙈

I don't like this "official" concept too much because never in my life have I seen MB being used as 1000*1000 bytes instead of 1024*1024, besides maybe some hardware companies scamming clients out of half a gig of space.

@samuel.bsky.team please why do these images open full-screen on PC when they are like 200px, I did web too long ago, can't fix this myself :<

wdym, how else could you imagine aligning something to the center other than margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto? The English language does not allow for anything more intuitive :/

Also there was this pretty nice feature where you could shape a brush in any way, mark it breakable, and it'd spawn debris and dust VFX proportional to its size, very convenient.
