Got through that and then cleaned up all the TypeScript errors I was just pretending not to notice while it was a uni project. Hoping a clean ts output will help me get mentally focused on some of the larger refactors needed

turns out this is at least slightly on me; it does log a message when updating the settings, buried among other setting changes. don't feel like these should be happening automatically still

A lot of the concerns here are from people failing to make this distinction. CPU Yoshi isn't burning down the rainforest.
As for the grifting concerns, you can kind of evaluate that for yourself. The bsky team hasnt shown any indication they want to sell you access to Grok
