Elon Musk has lost weight but apparently he doesn't exercise. He looks more fit now than he did 5 years ago. I'm left to speculate that he's more fit because he's taking enough testosterone to get a benefit even with little exercise. This isn't healthy. Also, testosterone can lead to overconfidence.

Most normal people are underestimating how much mental impairment is influencing our situation. With some (President Trump) the mental impairment may be age-related. With some (Elon Musk) the mental impairment may be drug related (ketamine). But we should not seek rational reasons for any of it.
