I think the biggest hit to German national pride was a few years ago where the Swiss Railway Operator threatened to ban DB from running service into Switzerland (because late running services has a massive knock-on impact) but said that the Italians were fine.

Clever study that explores the debate between those who claim that color categories are 'innate' and those who argue that they are dependent on language. It turns out that monkeys, unlike humans, do not have consensus color categories, suggesting cognitive mechanisms such as language are required.🧪🧠

turns out the direct perception crowd was playing the long game

Musk is intensively targeting two countries right now: the UK and Germany. It's like his playing a personal game of world domination: having taken control of the USA, he is now moving strategically to build his global political power, using his unparalleled wealth and endless free time.

I’ve finally deleted my Twitter account and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. There’s really no reason why we should be giving our data to a neo-nazi sympathizer.
