So. I am going to make a written list of things I am aware of that are signs of me slipping into another cycle of depression and anxiety. I think it is a good tool to combat it for myself and perhaps others. (3/3)

It isn’t me *just* forgetting my medications. It also *just* wondering if I took a shower. It is a culmination of things. Forgetfulness, isolation, rage, and apathy to name a few. (2/3)

Guaranteed if I was applying for a job that was high paying and affects the country I lived in and I had no background/educational experience I would never even be considered nor hired. If I was hired, it would be nepotism or I was a boot-licking kiss ass.
