Friends of community psychoanalysis, please consider signing the following petition. Santé Quebec is unilaterally closing the "388" in Quebec City, one of the few institutions designed for psychoanalytic treatment of psychotics. It's been around 1982 and is a monumental institution. t.co/gDdTY419wC
