A #BuyCanadian win, doggy division. A dog trainer suggested we get a 30' lead for recall training with #Bichon Ruby: no local stores have them and no way in Hades I'm ordering off Amazon. After research, found Alberta-based Dogwalkies.ca. Leash arrived today, tied in wee ribbons, with 2 thank yous.

Managed to catch five shows during Stratford Festival Opening Week and think for the first time ever, my fave is neither a Shakespeare nor a musical! The new Anne of Green Gables, adapted & directed by Kat Sandler, is simply wonderful. Worth a trip to Stratford with the family (age 10+).
