After my last uh breakdown where I lost my shiz and was going to off myself, I was referred to a new therapist. I wasn’t convinced but my first appointment yesterday went well. She said I was fascinating! ….and that in the 30 min chat we had, she was pretty sure I’m #autistic as well as #adhd 🤪
