"Your brain doesn't define you!" It is literally what determines every single aspect of who I am as a person.

Day 47 of having the same song stuck in my head every waking moment. #adhd

This thread is an excellent (and important) read for anyone who has or knows someone who has inattentive-type ADHD. ADHD is pretty poorly represented in general, mostly due to stereotypes, but inattentive seems especially misunderstood because of how it presents itself externally.

Made mac and cheese for thanksgiving. I'm so glad one of the hobbies I hyperfixated on was cooking, because people really seem to like when I do it.

Excellent Game Idea: ~°*SKELeTON*°~

Terrible Game Idea: Simulator where you are given multiple tasks to complete, but you have to control your character's breathing the whole time. One key inhales, another exhales. They are on opposite sides of the keyboard. Would do numbers on YouTube, tho. #gameidea

My favorite is how the tech looks completely awful, but that's somehow used as justification for how good it "could be." Hey, tech bros, your AI is feeding itself on the bad AI art that has oversaturated the Internet. Ever seen what happens when you scan a copy of a copy of a photo?

I don't know who needs to see this, but you should really use references as often as you can any time you're creating something.

Look, I agree that echo chambers aren't a good thing. You should absolutely expose yourself to views you don't agree with. But, like...hating people for no reason other than being afraid or uncomfortable with who they are or how they live their lives isn't really a POV I want to consider. #bluesky

Fun fact: Nicolas Cage is in every movie. You just have to find him.

Something I really appreciate about Bluesky is how much moderation there is for your feed. I'm just here to see awesome stuff from people that are creative, funny, interesting, or any combination of the three. If you're none of those things, you can fuck right the fuck off of my feed.

I watched a Critical Analysis (Read: Hate Video) of Starfield yesterday. One of the major criticisms brought up was the dissonance of the skill tree system. Namely, a high level stealth skill being locked behind skills that have little to do with stealth. (1/3)

Is replying to random people on Bluesky a valid way to manage social anxiety? 🤔

Felt like trying to sculpt a dragon in blender. Definitely still a work in progress, and I haven't decided if I'm going to make a serious effort to texture, but it's been a fun creative exercise nonetheless. #blender #3dmodeling #sculpt

Someone turned down the render distance on Earth again.

ADHD game dev journal be like: "11/19/24 - Implemented a new sorting system for my coffee mugs. - Also binged 3 episodes of a show I've already watched and napped for 3 hours."

As Bluesky continues to grow in popularity, I am increasingly filled with trepidation for the proverbial "other shoe" to drop. That being the holy crusade of the angry Twitter mobs, resolutely putting people that don't perfectly account for every possible individual in their posts to the sword.
