I've been battling severe burnout for a few years now. And while I can get work done again, seeing how optimized every facet of the online space has become towards constant output feels extremely unhealthy in general.

today marks the 120th day I’ve woken up from a dream that was a flashback to my SA. 120 days of having the same flavor of dream and waking up to embarrassingly sweat soaked bedsheets. I wake up to ground myself because I can’t stop shaking only for the experience to repeat itself when I go to bed.
