Been reading Korean webcomics lately in Japanese (bc it’s all I have access to), and they localize all the names and even the food. What was supposed be kimchi stew became tonjiru. Makes it easier for Japanese readers I guess but weird when trying to read English discussions on said series.

As someone who absolutely hated Happy Place, I am pleasantly surprised by how much I am loving Funny Story. Emily Henry has beautiful and engaging prose with such fluidity it’s hard to put the book down. The banter between the characters is so witty and humorous I’ve gigglesnorted multiple times.
