Since Nov 2022, I've had alcohol only a few times, and it's had a huge positive impact. I don’t avoid it, just more mindful about when it feels right—like celebrations or time with friends I've not seen in some time. What’s most interesting is I rarely desire it anymore. Maybe it’s just me aging?
