It wasn’t scary! Just gory, which I can handle. But also VERY good. Definitely go see it I. Theaters if you can! It’s something that needs to be FELT and the only real way to do that is in a movie theater. #Sinners

Accidentally bought dairy free Ben & Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream and it was… not good. So I did what any sane person would do. I melted it down, ate all the cookie dough and chocolate bits, and then dumped the rest down the drain. At least I got a couple chews in!

Mission accomplished! A Nice Indian Boy was incredible and I cried. Can’t wait to watch it again! 🥹🥹🥰 Karon Soni is almost criminally attractive. 😍 The Ballad of Wallis Island was also good, but Sacramento was just… fine. Both of the male leads were kind of insufferable, so not my favorite.

My goal is to see at least 50 movies in theaters per year, but always try to beat that. Since I started keeping track in 2013, my best year was 109 movies in 2019. My worst was 34 in 2020. Including the three I saw this weekend for @wickedqueer.boston, I’ve seen 779 movies in theaters since 2013!

Novocaine was actually a surprisingly endearing movie! It had a lot of crazy action (but it was ALL fun to watch) and a decent twist, but some actual heart as well. Highly enjoyed it!
