Gee & I thought I hated Liberty Mutual commercials before, these new ones are actually worse. They ALL fail aesthetically, as commerical messages, theme song/jingle. The colors are ugly, the characters unbearable. I hope whatever ad agency does these will go bankrupt one day soon. DESPISE these ads

what’s for dinner you ask? why gnocchi with chicken apple sausage, sautéed apples and onion, and fresh chopped sage. butter and a splash of apple cider vinegar to deglaze. so nice to be able to cook again and eat things with flavor

a bit tired tonight after the food poisoning earlier in the week, walking 2.5 miles for the first time in over a month today and weedwacking my small front lawn as a mood booster. but it is a good, solid tired. not a sick tired. mending and recovering day by day.

ok met with blood doctor's PA. the news is I was indeed only stage 2 and no further procedures needed. it was caught in time. I will need a lot of follow up appointments in the next years to monitor my system. For now keep doing what I am. no real diet changes.
