Thinking of you, John Lewis, on the occasion of what would have been your 85th birthday (2/21/40). We will be making some noise and getting in some good trouble.

I found some cool Indigenous Food resources I wanted to share. Day cares, and child care places, have all plastic versions of western foods. I always wondered why we don't represent our foods. Well now you can with all these cool toys. #IndigenousFoodSovereignty

Today, we remember the unjust internment of over 100,000 Japanese Americans during WWII. Let this Remembrance Day inspire us to fight against prejudice in all its forms. We must never be silent in the face of injustice—stand up, speak out, and learn from history.

The SAVE Act will require voters to provide unnecessary documentation to vote. This bill would make voting harder for people of color, women, and low-income people — groups of people who already face more difficulties at the polls.
