How I went out in public today.

Let’s face it. Our most wealthy citizens benefitted from the stability our country has provided for their economic pursuits. They are so wealthy that they have become completely untethered to America’s longevity. Their success no longer is dependent on the success or stability of our nation.

America - where up is down and in is out. Wonder where this may lead? Knowledge of human behavior and history may be instructive.

Eggs. My mom couldn’t find any yesterday. I made sure to pick some up today. Ironic, isn’t it? Those who were complaining about the price will now be joined by those who could afford it but cannot find any.

Remember, the US Constitution sets the floor on rights. States can provide more individual protections.

Buckle up buttercups! We are going to need each other more than you can imagine.

Walking among giants.

Can’t help but think we have entered the second Gilded Age. I have heard from many who are worried about the future of our country, but then state that they will be okay. Lest they forget, capitalism needs stability.

Yesterday I started on my to do list in preparation for Jan 20. Spent $700 at Costco for a 6 month supply of protein and veggies. What are you doing to prepare?
