if you change the name on a CV from a man to a woman's name, recruiters immediately rate it as 18% less competent. they don't stop to check gametes/wombs. pretending all sexism is rooted in a particular biology leaves us with no way to talk about systemic bias against female intellect & ambition.

Been a busy, busy week for both OH and me. Finished off Good Friday Eve with a pleasant walk around the village, delivering the last of c250 newsletters. We have now polished off a whole bottle of SB with a light supper - a very rare occurrence indeed! Have a lovely evening all! 🥂🍾
