Self-talk's the best talk.. You gotta force it. If you were going every day or 5-6 days a week. I'd ease back in with at least 3 days a week. COMMIT to those 3 days NO MATTER WHAT. Make those days and times a PRIORITY no matter what. No excuses! Then, once you got your mojo back, Go HARD! 😈💪🏿💪🏿

So Im trying to get consistent with the gym. I started back in Aug and was VERY consistent but fell off towards the end of Sept. Im committed again but Ive developed a good habit of talking myself out of getting out of bed to go (I go at 4am. Best time for me tbh) How do yall stay motivated? 😭
